Away +3: Meaning in Betting

The Away +3 bet is a type of handicap bet where the away team starts the match with a 3-point advantage. For your bet to win, the away team must either win the match or lose by a margin of no more than 2 points. If the away team loses by exactly 3 points, the bet is refunded, resulting in a «push.» If the away team loses by 4 or more points, your bet loses.

Example Scenarios for Away +3

Example 1: Away Team Wins, Draws or Loses by Exactly 1 or 2 Points

You place a $100 bet on Away +3 at odds of 1.95. The away team wins 4-22-2, or loses by 1 or 2 points (2-3, 1-2).
