Away +5: Meaning in Betting

The Away +5 bet is a type of handicap bet where the away team starts the match with a 5-point advantage. For your bet to win, the away team must either win the match, or they can lose by a margin of no more than 4 points. If the away team loses by exactly 5 points, the bet is refunded, resulting in a «push». If the away team loses by 6 or more points, your bet loses.
